The purpose of this action team is:

Engagement

Actively engage in outreach and evangelism to encourage new and dormant members to participate in the life and work of the church.

Experiences

Offer worship, study, fellowship and music experiences that grow our faith individually and communally, and which people can access at varying times throughout the week.

Establish

Assist with the drive to ensure that the church age profile becomes progressively younger; increasing the under 60’s to 25% of membership in 3 years by appealing to the spiritual and fellowship needs of everyone.
